These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SpinBob, operated by Win Top Ltd and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority (licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1). Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

We operate a strict one-account-per-player policy. Opening more than one account — whether in your own name or through a third party — is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any pending balances arising from irregular activity.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. We may request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, or payment details at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in restricted access or account closure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We accept no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your account details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is £20. Withdrawals are typically processed within 0–24 hours, subject to completed verification checks. Your real-money balance is always used before any bonus balance.

Bonuses are subject to specific conditions that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. For our welcome bonus, a 40x wagering requirement applies to the bonus balance. During any period in which a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is £5. Attempting to circumvent these conditions — for example, by placing bets above the stated limit or by using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — constitutes a breach and may result in the removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.

For sports-related bonuses, a wagering rollover of between 5x and 6x applies to the combined deposit and bonus amount, at minimum odds of 1.80. Sports bonuses carry a 30-day validity period from the date of activation. Qualifying bets must be placed on eligible sports events at the specified minimum odds.

We reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms have been abused, that fraudulent activity has taken place, or that automated software has been used to influence gameplay. Collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of SpinBob following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
